INSIDE VIEW – March 24, 2020
This is one of the Switchblade’s new throttle cable ends which is located in the center console, connected to the hand throttle. While in the process of installing it, we snapped a photo to show you how it looks up close. (As mentioned in yesterday’s Update Blog, the new cable has ball bearings and is a part we just recently found.) Once installed, we saw for ourselves that the action of the throttle is greatly improved from our earlier cable set-up. This will contribute to increased safety during the test flights. It only took about 2 hours to install the new throttle cable, so it was well worth the effort.
