How to Reserve a Switchblade

Samson Sky is accepting Reservations for the Switchblade Flying Sports Car. You will find the form to complete a Reservation below. When you make a Reservation, you become a Reservation Holder and will be assigned a Reservation Number which signals your future intention to purchase and allows us to communicate with you about Switchblade production plans and pricing. There is no cost at this time to become a Reservation Holder.

However, if you would like to get an early fixed delivery position, you would need to become a Depositor. Your fixed delivery position is a “first come, first served” system. In other words, as soon as you deposit, your position is fixed in line with all who have deposited. The cost to become a Depositor is currently $500.

If you choose to make your Reservation today, without a Deposit, in the future when you are ready to become a Depositor, you may return to this page to place your Deposit. This will move you ahead into a fixed Delivery Position as described above.

If you have an existing Reservation and would like to make a Deposit now, choose Pay a Deposit on an existing Reservation in the options below, and follow the prompts. You will need your existing Reservation Number available to complete this process.

THIS DEPOSIT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Samson Motors Inc. doing business as Samson Sky (“Samson”), and the individual entity desiring to make a deposit through use of this Agreement (the “Depositor”).

THIS NON- REFUNDABLE PAYMENT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY UTILIZED BY SAMSON TO MAINTAIN YOUR RESERVATION POSITION, AND IT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS THE FUTURE PURCHASE OF A SWITCHBLADE KIT AIRCRAFT.

TERMS

In addition to the above general statement, which is made part of the Agreement, the specific terms of this Agreement between the Parties are outlined below:

Purpose of Deposit. The purpose of the deposit is to hold a delivery position for the Depositor, who anticipates the future purchase of one Switchblade Kit.

Prohibitions. The Depositor may not sell, transfer, or trade Depositor’s position.

No Representations or Warrantees. The Parties acknowledge that the Switchblade Kit is in the development stage. Samson makes no representations or warrantees, expressed or implied, with respect to the Switchblade Kit, its performance, nor Samson’s abilities to finalize the development and delivery of such Switchblade Kit.

Jurisdiction. This Agreement and all acts and transactions pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the Parties hereto shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance of the laws of the State of Nevada. Each of the Parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

By clicking the ACCEPT TERMS box on this page, Depositor requests assignment of a Production Slot and, together with payment of the Deposit Amount, indicate their understanding and agreement to the statements above. This Agreement shall not be binding on the Parties until the full Deposit Amount is paid to Samson.
