READY FOR THE NEW THROTTLE CABLE – March 23, 2020
We just recently found a new throttle cable with ball bearings, which provides a huge increase in throttle capabilities with much less friction. In preparation for installing it, Mechanical Engineer, David Nobles, is making sure the mount for the throttle cable will align perfectly with the cable itself. The Switchblade center console (what he’s holding and looking inside of) is a temporary, rudimentary part, built just for the prototype. You can see that the throttle is at one end of the console, on the far left in this photo.
