THE REAR DUCT PART THAT HOUSES THE PROP – July 5, 2018

The engineering drawing above shows 2 different views of the Switchblade rear ducted area, where the propeller is located. This gives a very clear picture of the unique and complex curves this section of the vehicle has. The prop actually spins in a round ducted part, which is indicated here in green.

Pictured below is the actual carbon fiber part that houses the propeller. In the foreground is the top of the part, where the tail boom will slide in and out. Farthest from the camera is the bottom of the part where the rear bumper will connect.
