SETTING UP FOR TUNING ON ENGINE DYNO IN PORTLAND – January 20, 2020
We recently decided to take our Switchblade engine back to the experts at Loyning’s Engine Services in Portland, OR to get it tuned on their engine dyno (dynamometer). Here you can see Engine Tech Tony Ragnone doing his magic to get the engine all connected up and ready to go on the dyno.
This will enable us to validate the horsepower the engine is generating. We had done this tuning and gotten the horsepower dialed in with the earlier Motus V4 but this is the second engine with different pistons and turbo, and we felt it was time to get it on the dyno.
