MANY THINGS BEING ATTACHED – April 15, 2019
While we pulled a few things (like the parachute pack) off, there were many things that were attached again. Some for the first time. In the image above, you can see Ron and Brent Burch riveting the brackets to hold the belly pan on. The belly pan had to be removed after AirVenture last year, so we used larger rivets to re-attach the pan. Once that was done, Kevin Abraham was able to work out the final supports for the wing swing actuators in this final assembly, and you can see him in the second image below working on that.
