WIRING CONSOLIDATION – April 13, 2020
While waiting for an engine part to arrive, we dove into the wiring of the Switchblade prototype. We had earlier found a simpler means of wiring that eliminated several large switches and heavy wiring, but didn’t need to change that out for first flight. With the delay on the engine part, Sean Bliss had the time today to work out the exact changes to make, as directed by our Electrical Engineer, Mike Cannon. He began taking the wiring and unnecessary components out, starting in the center console, as shown in this image.
