We accomplished a great deal during our recent out-of-town testing, including a number of long hops. Excellent progress from the earlier testing at this longer runway! Here you can see Test Pilot Ron McElroy before one of the many test runs, getting all hooked in. Samson’s Dana Beebe is standing by to put on the door when Ron is ready.
Since we have a couple more things to dial in, we are doing that back home before going up to this test
airport again. As mentioned before, we want to show the prototype taking a longer flight before we announce it to the world as our official First Flight.
