After traveling to an out-of-town airport with a longer runway, the team worked hard to get the prototype all ready for the first day of testing. After an in-depth team briefing led by Test Flight Director Sam Bousfield and Test Pilot Ron McElroy, the 9 of us started in on our first test run of the day, with parameters carefully defined. Here you can see John Vaughn (left) and David Nobles (right) waiting for the signal to roll the Switchblade out of the hangar.
