Now that they’ve been painted, we balanced the tail elevators to ensure they won’t flutter. This is for added safety. After doing the balancing, David Nobles (left) and Sean Bliss are shown here re-installing the elevators. (For any of you who are not pilots, elevators control the pitching of an aircraft’s nose up or down.)
