We are using 3D printing in an ever-increasing way. For instance, engineer Tanner Vaughn created a design for the radiator ducting, shown in green below, and the intercooler duct shown in blue. Shown in red are the radiator intake and the roof of the engine bay. These 3D designs are now being printed in sections that will be wrapped in carbon fiber to create a strong but light duct, that isn’t taking long to make.
