TESTING COMMUNICATION FUNCTIONS – September 20, 2019
We powered up the avionics (flight instruments) and one of the things to be tested was the communications functions. In any aircraft, you have radios that you use to communicate to other aircraft and to Air Traffic Control. You also use the same system to talk amongst yourselves in the cockpit.
In this photo above, Sam Bousfield (in the cockpit), and Nick Leonard are talking to each other using the headsets and mics. This checked out just fine.
