“HOUSTON, WE HAVE AVIONICS” – September 18, 2019
We recently fired up the Dynon Skyview in the Switchblade prototype, shown in the image above. It is the big panel in the upper left. This is our main flight instrument, which gives you altitude, heading, speed, a forward view, both knob and touch interface, and a moving map for navigation.
Upper right is our engine monitoring system and the green dial below is air/fuel ratio. While this is our set-up for flight testing, we will have the Dynon Skyview and sub-panels (or Garmin G3X) in the production Switchblades.
