HEAT TREATING THE TUBE FRAME – October 29, 2018

We finished the heat treating of the chrome molly tube frame to relieve the stress on certain welds, and it took four people with torches to accomplish. For a while there, it was very hot and loud in the hanger. We will be having the tube frames finished as our part of the kit completion (we can do up to 49% for you), so this isn’t anything you would be doing in building your Switchblade, but it was an interesting experience. Torch on!
