NEW HOME FOR BATTERIES – May 7, 2021
We have multiple batteries in the Switchblade, as we have a fly-by-wire rudder system that depends on electricity to function and need the redundancy. Two batteries are located in a fiberglass battery box to seal the lithium-ion batteries in case of malfunction (smoke). Switchblade Assembly Tech Joel is shown cleaning out the new battery box top he just made, shaped for the main battery box, also on the table.
