We had to completely rewire for the new engine, and that meant new connections through the firewall and into the cabin. In this case we opted to have a removable plate to house the different cable connectors so that it was easy to take apart the system in case we needed to make changes or alterations to the wiring after we are in flight testing. Shown is this new plate with cable pass-throughs, which is being installed on the firewall now.
