RE-CHECKING THE SWITCHBLADE SWITCHES – May 12, 2020
Sam Bousfield is shown checking that the prototype’s switches are all labeled and reachable. These have been checked before, but another pair of eyes is always a good thing.
Aircraft require all switches and gauges to be labeled so one can tell what each is for. Cars typically use symbols for most controls, which works well as letters or words would have to be in different languages around the world. For pilots, English is the common language for all, so wording in English is typically used.
