CUSTOM WINDSHIELD GIVES FINISHED LOOK – July 15, 2019
The pros at Oregon Windshield of Bend did a fantastic job installing the Switchblade custom windshield! In the photo above, you can see them caulking with special windshield adhesive. The glass is on sawhorses in the foreground. Below, the windshield is in place and they are doing the final fitment for a perfect install. They even re-arranged their busy schedule to complete our job right before we needed to leave for the 2,000 mile trek to Oshkosh, WI.
This beautiful custom windshield was made for us by ProCurve Glass, in Hatboro Pennsylvania. It is automotive safety glass, just like most cars have. And while not yet installed on the prototype, the Switchblade will have windshield wipers.
