As part of our high-speed taxi testing, we adjusted the propeller angle and ran several times at each setting to spot whether there was an increase or decrease in top speed and acceleration rate. The prop is designed for high speed, allowing the wheels to accelerate the vehicle to take-off speed. For test purposes, we do not have the wheels connected at the test pilot’s request, so are accelerating using the prop alone. In this image, Assembler Sean Bliss is setting the prop at one of the new prop settings prior to the next test.
