It looks like Lead Assembly Tech, Sean Bliss, is holding this duct part in place with his intention alone, but he is actually getting a little help from Engineer Tanner Vaughn, off-camera. This carbon fiber part was being held in place to verify the part after being made on a 3D printed mold.
