We are mounting the tail to the vehicle after reinforcing strengthen or support (an object or substance), especially with additional material the tail structure to make it stiffer. The way you do that is to first make the wings level. An effective method, used by aircraft builders around the world, is to fill a clear plastic tube with colored water. You raise the ends of the tube off the ground near the wing tips, and the level of the water in the tubes will be the same left and right. This gives you a reference point to lower or raise the wings by screw jacks to make them the same left and right. It’s difficult to tell from the perspective in this photo, but the Switchblade’s wingspan is 26 ft 9 in.
