Engineer David Nobles is shown here installing the new radiator fan into the custom shroud. Perfect fit. Samson’s Larry Hinman is the 3D printing expert here and he did an excellent job on this shroud. Made of PLA (thermoplastic), the shroud was printed in 4 parts and took a total of 24 hours to make.
The next step will be to get the shroud and fan mounted to the radiator. However, we have to wait until the engine installation is further along to install the radiator.
