INSTALLING THE ENGINE FOR FLIGHT – July 6, 2020

The Samson V4 engine was received from the engine tuners, and was lowered into place in the flying prototype this morning. This should be our final engine installation before flight testing, so we had (left to right) Jameson Gann, Sam Bousfield, Sean Bliss, and Ronald Forseth assisting in this part of the install. We still need to confirm that our larger radiator and shroud will handle the cooling needs, so it will be several weeks before being ready for flight testing.
