For the new fuel tank in the nose of the Switchblade, we needed a way to keep the fuel from sloshing and at the same time keep the fuel flow stable. The best way to do this is with foam blocks (baffles) positioned in the tank. After cutting them to the desired size and shape, Sam Bousfield inserted the baffles as you can see here.
