The roof scoop for the Switchblade flying sports car is being made by first 3D printing the mold, which is in 2 parts. Both halves are being 3D printed at the same time. Once the mold is completed, our composites team will make a carbon fiber part off the mold. The purpose of the roof scoop is to bring outside air into the radiator.
