WELDING UP THE TAIL CONNECTION – March 11, 2020
Our tail mounts to the Switchblade’s rear body tube frame at the back of the vehicle, and this has been modified several times during the prototype process. Welder Matt Cook, of Meticulous Metal Works, was brought in to provide reinforcing to those areas that were most affected by the different modifications. This is one of the steps we’re doing prior to Flight Testing.
