SWITCHBLADE RADIATOR DUCT CLEARANCE – December 27, 2019
Not glamorous, but truly essential: having a radiator duct that guides the airflow smoothly through the radiator! Here Sam Bousfield (dark shirt) and Ron Burch are reviewing the fit of the new radiator duct inside the vehicle skin and gauging whether there is enough inlet area to let in a proper amount of air. This is one of those parts of the program that must be tested in the real world and worked out according to what you find. Experience has shown that very slight changes to the design can drastically alter the outcome.
