NATIONAL AVIATION DAY – August 19,2020

NATIONAL AVIATION DAY — DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO HELPED PIONEER AVIATION IN AMERICA!
National Aviation Day is observed each year on August 19th. This holiday was established in 1939 by Franklin D. Roosevelt, to honor those who helped pioneer aviation in the United States. August 19 is the anniversary of Orville Wright’s birthday. Orville, Wilbur’s younger brother, was still alive when the president first issued the proclamation.

All of us here at Samson Sky, invite you to celebrate this day, dedicated to the many aviation pioneers in our history! We are grateful to them for leading the way! Hope you enjoy this engineering “Transformer” video of the Switchblade going from driving mode to flight mode and back again.
