AVIONICS WIRING CLEANED UP – April 5, 2019
We had earlier installed the remote electronics, located in the forward storage area. These needed to have the wiring grouped, bundled, and tidied up to get the wiring ready to be put through the bulkhead and into the cockpit.
Kit aircraft builder, Nick Leonard flew in from Sacramento in the RV-10 that he built, and worked on that project, putting order into the wiring for us. Above, you can see the (almost) final project. The remote panel will now be re-attached, and the cables routed through and sealed. All the wires that aren’t already connected to a terminal block have been tagged with yellow labels to show what they attach to.
