Several weeks ago, we had a new 7-blade propeller hub made and express shipped to us. Here you can see the 3 main parts of the hub, before they were assembled. The dark piece (bottom right) connects the prop hub to the drive shaft. The left piece is a spacer and the hub is shown upper right. Our goal of going from a 5-blade prop to a 7-blade is to increase the thrust for a safer first flight.
